A missing map pin does not mean there is no project. Use your jurisdiction to search the tracker, then follow the official directories that work across the country.
The tracker currently follows seventy-five U.S. location records across twenty-nine states. Some are project-specific research records; others are official operator-directory leads clearly marked for deeper local work. It is a growing evidence queue, not a claim of exhaustive national coverage. States without a record still have the same starting points: local government, environmental permits, utility regulation, elected officials, and public records.

If you find a project that is missing, use the national tracking workflow. A record is ready for this tracker when it has a specific place, a checkable stage, a recent evidence date, and public sources that tell neighbors what to follow next.
